Last updated 18 October 2026. Ironvale is a demo gym used to test this website; the same rules apply to anything you send through it.
What we collect
- When you book a class: your name, phone number, the class and the date.
- When you ask for a free trial: your name, phone, email if you give it, your goal and the day you prefer.
- When you send a message: your name, how to reach you, and your message.
Why
Only to run your booking, call you about your visit, or answer you. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.
Who can see it
Only our staff, through a password-protected staff page. The data is stored by our hosting provider, Cloudflare.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Staff who log in get one login cookie. Your language choice and the name you booked with are remembered in your own browser only.
Spam protection
To block spam we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address for 24 hours. We cannot turn it back into the real address.
Your choices
Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details, by phone or through the contact form.
